Unable to Attach Icon

I cant seem to find where i attach the icons. I have created the Raidplanner icon location in:
media/com_raidplanner/raid_icons/

however, even though there are icons in the folder, it is not able to use them. Where do i edit (either in administrator panel or in code) so that i can use these?

As is i have a broken image icon on the calendar. Trying to fix this. Thank you

If you put the files into media/com_raidplanner/raid_icons directory they should be visible on the backend when you edit a raid. If not, please check that the web server has read access to those files.
