Only Jomla installation or standalone?

Was googling after a raidplanner for lotro and came across this one. After what i understand this one is runned as a plugin/addon for Jomla and is completly locked to Jomla?

 

Asking since we are using another solution, and looking for a standalone lotro planner where we can contact to our userbase with an auth.php file.

Sorry this is a joomla component, and uses Joomla framework, so it doesn’t work standalone.
