For Joomla 2.5:
Go to Extension/RaidPlanner on your Joomla administration interface ( administrator/index.php?option=com_raidplanner ).
Press the Options button on the upper right corner. Click on Permissions tab. And set View Calendar Privileg to the group who needs to see the calendar.
For Joomla 3 its called Components/RaidPlanner, but same Options button on upper right corner.
wow, very unusual to have to do that right out of the box. You might want to set the default perms to be less restrictive.
I c why there are so many posts about this now. I suggest you mark this solved and sticky it because I saw a LOT of posts about this.
I’ve put an entry to the FAQ about this.
I keep it disabled by default due to security reasons. index.php?option=com_raidplanner&view=calendar link on any Joomla site will display the calendar even if it is not reachable by a menu.
If you create a menu for Calendar it points to that URL. However if you unpublish the menu, or put it to visible Registered only, you can still reach via the index.php?option=com_raidplanner&view=calendar url.
