You can create raids in the administration interface, or if you have the required privileges thank you can do it on the site as well.

Users can’t be added to an event, RaidPlanner works with Characters. And you have at least one Guild in RaidPlanner to make it work.

So first you need to add your guild (on the backend, see http://taracque.hu/wiki/raidplanner-docs/configuration/guild-configuration/ ), once it’s ready, you need to add Characters (that can be automatic, either via sync plugins, or registered users can manage their own characters).

Please tell some more details what’s not working for you.
