User Sign Up Isn't Working

Hi there! What an amazing component this is. Thank you for your hard time and work.

I’m having a problem with user sign-ups. I created a demo user on my page:

URL: http://www.artofliz.com/vgwebsite

Login: User

Password: password

I also created a character in the edit profile section (listed in the menu), however, when I go to Raid Planner, it won’t let that particular user sign up. I confirmed in the backend that the demo user was listed as “Registered” (which I changed the label to “Member”).

Any ideas why this isn’t working?

Okay, so I found out that it was because the character hadn’t been added and associated in Raid Planner, because I was trying to add the character via the edit user options.

Is there a way to do that automatically when they edit their own profile, or does the race, class, etc. have to be done in the back-end by a moderator?

If you Enable character editor in User – RaidPlanner plugin config (see Joomla Plugin Manager), users are able to manage their own characters.
However the basics (like: roles,classes,races) must be setup on the backend.
